Hi. My name is Becky.
I'm a Workplace Improvement Consultant.
I use a human-centered approach, systems thinking method, and evidence-based models to improve workplace operational performance. In my Performance Improvement Consulting, I deploy evidence-based models to diagnose root causes of organizational challenges and design custom-fit solutions.
Since 2017, I've helped nonprofits strengthen their operations, improve performance, and meet accreditation and compliance standards. As a Quality Improvement leader, I've seen firsthand how the right systems can transform the way organizations operate. Before that, I spent over eight years in Human Resources, specializing in Employee Relations and Training. In that role, I guided managers through conflict resolution, and developed training that built skills and confidence. This experience taught me the power of neutrality and consistency — two qualities that remain central to my consulting work today.

What drives me is the belief that work should work. Mission-driven organizations already carry enormous responsibility; the systems behind the scenes shouldn’t make things harder. My philosophy is that an efficent workplace is a kind workplace. My role is to bring clarity and reduce chaos to make organizations stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to serve their mission.

Why Performance Improvement Consulting?
It can help by
Avoiding time and money wasted on the wrong solution...
so every improvement you make actually fixes the problem.
Creating clarity in roles, processes and expectations...
so work gets done right the first time without rework or confusion.
Identifying root cause of performance problems...
so you stop losing good people to preventable issues.
Spotting hidden efficiencies draining time and energy...
so your team can focus on the work that matters most.
Using what's already working...
so you stop reinventing the wheel and build on proven strengths.
Pinpoint where systems break down...
so you can fix the problem at the source and not just the symptoms.
What Does the Performance Improvement Process Look Like?
I use a systematic, evidence-based process that starts with
01
Understanding the Operations
I use a needs assessment to determine the goal. I gather documents, data, stories, input, observations to get a clear picture of what's really happening in your organizational systems and workflows.
02
Diagnosing the Root Cause
With thorough, thoughtful, and evidence-based analysis, I identify what is driving the challenges that you see. These could be unclear roles, confusing processes, outdated procedures, broken feedback loops, or other systemic issues.
03
Recommend the Right Solution
I collaborate with you to find the perfect solution that fits you. provide tailored recommendations to meet you and your needs, goals, and capacity. There are no generic fixes here. The recommendations will include a clear action plan that specifies the implementation of customized solutions.
04
Support the Implementation
I stay by your side to guide, troubleshoot, and adjust as you roll out the changes. I provide resources, written guides, and support to ensure the implementation goes smoothly.
05
Evaluate and Adjust
Using agreed upon metrics, I check to see what is working, what is not, and make improvements or changes as needed. This ensures changes actually stick and are fixing the original problem that was identified.
Whose Performance Can This Improve?
